Venison from home –
Natural, healthy and sustainable


In addition to constantly extending the traditional pig and cattle meat market, the company also entered the venison market in 1991. In 2002 we established an EU accredited game animal butcher plant where about 5,000 game animals are butchered and processed each year. The free-living game animals originate from the local hunting grounds, mainly from the forests of the Eifel and Hunsrück as well as the low mountain ranges of the adjacent countries.

Hunters are able to deliver their killed game animals themselves on every day of the week, including the weekend at the times stated on the side. We are also happy to pick up larger quantities with our own vehicles if required.

SIMON-Fleisch delivers venison to all meat processing companies producing venison products, as well as to wholesellers and food retailers. The meat is prepared according to the customer's wishes, our products range from grossly dissected parts with bones through to ready cut boneless products in vacuum packaging.


Our delivery hours

  • » Mondays to Fridays from 8 a.m.-12 a.m. and 8 p.m.-12 p.m.
  • » Saturdays from 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • » Sundays from 2 p.m.-2 a.m.
  • » The venison processing plant is closed in the fence season (16.01. until 30.04.)
